- Inner Chamber: Fabricated from high-quality Stainless Steel (SS 304) to ensure long-lasting performance, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance.
- Outer Body: Constructed from Mild Steel Sheet and finished with a durable epoxy powder coating, offering superior protection and a sleek, professional appearance.
- Insulation: The chamber is insulated on five sides with 25 mm thick mineral wool, effectively minimizing heat loss and enhancing thermal efficiency.
Temperature Control & Heating System
- Temperature is regulated by a hydraulic thermostat, adjustable from just above ambient to 80°C, with a maximum attainable temperature of 100°C ±1°C.
- Equipped with Copper Nickel-plated tubular heating elements, designed for rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution, and extended operational life.
Convenient Interior Features
- Includes perforated and removable diffuser shelves, allowing even heat flow and easy cleaning.
- Fitted with a Stainless Steel lid, brass drain plug, and a power cord with plug for user convenience and safety.
