- Inner Chamber: Made from high-grade Stainless Steel (SS 304) for excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
- Outer Body: Fabricated from Mild Steel Sheet, finished with a durable epoxy powder coating for enhanced protection and aesthetic appeal.
- Insulation: A 75 mm thick layer of mineral wool insulation between the walls minimizes heat loss and ensures optimal thermal efficiency.
Functional Design Details
- Fitted with a glass observation window on the door for convenient viewing without disturbing internal conditions.
- Supplied with sturdy wire mesh shelves (without thermometer) for organized placement of samples.
- Heating elements are positioned at the bottom to provide gentle, uniform heating throughout the chamber.
- The door is sealed with a high-quality silicone or neoprene rubber gasket, ensuring an airtight and heat-retentive closure.
Temperature Control System
- Temperature is precisely regulated by a high-accuracy thermostat for consistent performance.
- Operating Range: From a few degrees above ambient up to 80°C ±1°C, extendable to 100°C on request.
- Designed to operate efficiently on 220/230V AC single-phase supply.
